Denise received her nursing degree from Purdue University. She grew up in Highland, Indiana and has been working solely with Spine patients for the past six years. She is the co-Director of Nursing for Spine Care Specialists and coordinates all aspects of care for each patient.

Angie oversees the Spine Care Specialists Marketing Strategy by facilitating the annual Marketing Plan. She focuses on managing the Spine Care Specialists brand by developing relationships within the Work Comp market, implementing a cohesive advertising campaign, and increasing community outreach.

Justin schedules all new Work Comp patients and coordinates their care with the doctors, employers, and insurance companies. He obtains authorization for any diagnostic testing, therapy or surgeries requested by the doctors. He ensures all treatment is performed in a timely manner so the injured worker can return to work as quickly as possible.

Gail is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the facility. She coordinates with staff to ensure operational standards are implemented appropriately.
