Denise received her nursing degree from Purdue University. She grew up in Highland, Indiana and has been working solely with Spine patients for the past two years. She is the Co-Director of Nursing for Spine Care Specialists and coordinates all aspects of care for each patient.

Sara received her nursing degree from Ivy Tech. She grew up in Northwest Indiana and currently resides in Hobart, Indiana. She is the Co-Director of Nursing for Spine Care Specialists and coordinates all aspects of care for each patient.

Lori brings a wealth of experience from the Workman’s Compensation arena. Lori is responsible for instituting office programs to streamline paperwork related to injured workers to ensure a rapid turnaround of office notes, IME, PPI ratings. She also coordinates the educational series for case managers.

Gail is the dedicated Workmans Compensation Coordinator for Spine Care Specialists. She coordinates all processes that are critical to minimizing the time off work for the injured worker.

Kathy is responsible for addressing all patient related issues in the office. She is also in-charge of coordinating talks and events for Case Workers. 

Nick and the Rehabilitation team have many years of experience in the non-operative treatment of patients with spine problems. They have vast experience in a variety of physical therapy modalities suited to different types of conditions/ diagnosis. They deploy a multitude of post-operative regimens to allow patients a quicker recovery period after surgery.
